Baliglamour has a 14-day right of return, which means that you have 14 days to request a return after you receive your item.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition as you received it.

The customer pays for the return shipping.

My item is damaged. What should I do?

You need JavaScript enabled to view it., We will review the details and offer the best solution to resolve your query, or please leave the package as it is and contact the post office in charge.

You must email us within 7 days of receiving products at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. then return the damaged item to us if it’s not explained to you otherwise.

Once we receive your returned item, we'll let you know. We'll inspect the product for any damage or signs of use. After inspection, we'll share the status of your refund or ship the replacement with you immediately.  

If your return is approved, you'll receive a full refund credited to your original payment method. Any original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed.
